Hooper Digital Solutions was founded by Jared Hooper and is based in Randburg, in the north-west of Johannesburg. We build AI receptionists, missed-call recovery, speed-to-lead and WhatsApp automation, lead generation systems, websites, social content and video for South African businesses.
The idea behind all of it is simple. Most businesses do not have a marketing problem so much as a follow-up problem. They pay to get an enquiry and then lose it: the call nobody could answer, the form filled in at night, the quote that went quiet. We build the systems that stop that leak, and the marketing that feeds them.

How we work
We show working things, not slides
Abby, the receptionist on this site, is the same product we build for clients. You can talk to her right now. The sites and agents in our gallery are real builds, and where a client has launched publicly we link to them.
We do not invent numbers
No made-up conversion rates, no invented case studies, no guaranteed rankings or guaranteed lead counts. If we cannot stand behind a figure, it does not go on the page or in the proposal.
We would rather fix the smaller thing first
Plenty of businesses need missed calls caught and a website that shows their phone number, not a complicated system. We will tell you when the simple fix is the right one, even though it is the smaller sale.
The agent has to know its limits
An AI that guesses at a price or a promise is worse than voicemail. We build agents to say what they do not know and to hand over to a person, and we tune them on real calls.
We follow the rules on outreach
Outbound messaging is built around POPIA and the platform rules of WhatsApp, not around loopholes. Where the basis for contacting someone is not defensible, we do not contact them.
