A pipeline that fills whether or not you have time to prospect

Most businesses prospect in bursts. Work slows down, panic sets in, everyone chases leads for two weeks, work picks up, prospecting stops entirely. Three months later the same slump arrives on schedule.

The fix is a process that runs at the same rate whether you are busy or not. That means being specific about who you are targeting, reaching them in a way that does not read as spam, and qualifying hard enough that your diary fills with real conversations.

Volume is not the problem

Almost nobody has a lead quantity problem in isolation. They have a relevance problem: lists bought without thought, messages that could have been sent to anyone, and a pipeline full of people who were never going to buy.

That wastes the most expensive thing you have, which is the time it takes to work out that a lead is worthless. Ten conversations with the right businesses beats two hundred with the wrong ones.

What we actually do

  1. We define who is actually worth contacting

Industry, size, location, role and the trigger that makes them need you now. This is the step most outreach skips, and skipping it is why most outreach fails.

  2. We build the list properly

Real businesses matching that profile, with verified contact details and the right decision-maker named. Not a scraped list of generic info@ addresses.

  3. Outreach that references something real

Messages that mention something specific about their business. This is slower to build and it is the entire difference between a reply rate that works and one that does not.

  4. Follow-up that actually happens

Most replies come after the first message, and most businesses never send a second. Sequencing is automated so follow-up does not depend on anyone remembering.

  5. Qualification before it reaches your diary

Interested parties get qualified against your criteria before a meeting is booked, so you are not spending your week on calls that were never going anywhere.

Questions we get asked

Is this cold outreach, and is that legal here?

It is outbound outreach, and POPIA does regulate it: unsolicited electronic direct marketing to individuals, including people at businesses, generally needs their consent or an existing customer relationship, and every message must identify the sender and offer a way to opt out. We build campaigns around those rules rather than around a loophole, and we do not hide the sender. This is general information, not legal advice, so check your own position with a POPIA-qualified attorney.

How many meetings can I expect?

We will not quote you a number before understanding your offer, your market and your price point, because any figure given at this stage would be invented. What we will do is agree what a qualified meeting means before starting, so the number we report later means something.

Do you use our email domain?

Not your main one. Outreach runs from a separate sending domain so that if anything goes wrong with deliverability, your everyday business email is unaffected.

What happens to leads that say not right now?

They go on a longer nurture rather than being discarded. "Not now" is a timing answer, and timing changes — these often convert months later.
